WA Cloud Panel is our dedicated WhatsApp Cloud API based communication layer. It is used by our own internal teams and by our paying SaaS customers (solar businesses, franchise partners and other SMEs) to communicate with their opted-in customers on WhatsApp in a structured and compliant way.

Team uses shared inbox

Sales & support teams reply to leads and customers from the shared inbox. All data is stored in the customer’s workspace, with role-based access control.

How we use WhatsApp Cloud API

  • We use the official WhatsApp Cloud API provided by Meta to send and receive messages.
  • Every customer connects their own WhatsApp Business Account, phone number and access token inside our panel.
  • We only provide software to manage messages, campaigns, templates and automation on top of the API.
  • We do not sell WhatsApp numbers, do not share contacts between customers, and do not send messages on behalf of unknown third parties.
  • All campaigns are opt-in only; customers are responsible for taking consent from end-users as per WhatsApp and local regulations.

  • All data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with restricted access and regular backups.
  • Workspace level data isolation – one client cannot see another client’s contacts or messages.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted; webhooks are validated by signature/secret verification.
  • Activity logs & audit trails record important events like login, campaign start/stop, template changes.
  • We follow industry best-practices for password hashing, SSL/TLS and network-level security.

Are you officially affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta?

No. WA Cloud Panel is an independent software product built by M-Fins. We use the official WhatsApp Cloud API provided by Meta but we are not part of WhatsApp or Meta.

Who owns the WhatsApp Business Account & phone number?

Each customer owns and controls their own WhatsApp Business Account, phone number and Meta Business Manager. They generate their own access tokens and connect them inside our panel.

What type of messages can be sent?

Customers can send WhatsApp template messages that are approved by Meta and then continue the conversation with session messages, as per WhatsApp terms and local regulations.

Can I use this only for my own business?

Yes. Many customers use WA Cloud Panel only for their own internal teams and branches. Agencies can also create separate workspaces for each client, with clear data separation.
