At SolarQuotation, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data and lead data stored in our CRM. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our systems.
If you have an active SolarQuotation account, you can delete leads, contacts or other records directly from the dashboard, subject to your plan permissions. Deleted records may remain in secure backups for a limited time as part of our disaster-recovery process, after which they are permanently removed.

After verifying your identity, we will process your request and delete your account data from our active systems, except for information we are required to retain for legal, accounting or compliance purposes.
If you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram apps (for example, by submitting a lead form), you can request deletion of your data by following the same email procedure mentioned above or by contacting us via our official Facebook Page. We will locate your data using the information you provide and delete it from our systems.
Any WhatsApp or communication data processed through our integrations on behalf of our customers is stored only for providing the Service and logs. If you wish to delete such communication history, you may contact the business using SolarQuotation or contact us directly and we will coordinate with the respective account owner.
We aim to respond to all data deletion requests within a reasonable time and, where possible, within 30 days of receiving a complete request with all required information.
